Well, it Saturday again, and I've just been advised that it's time to update my userspace.What AM I Doing?
I have been MiA for many moons. I don't come here all that often, as I have a new LJ life (yes, yes, I am somewhat of a deserter) and also I'm on Ravelry, having taken up knitting as my most recent obsession. The while thesis thing curled up and died quietly in the corner over the last couple of years. I am happier than I was way back when, and I promise to keep an eye on my hootoo account from now on.
Where Do I Come From?
I was born, as most people are, in a maternity ward. The motto of this one being, 'better deal wi' the devil than the bairns o Falkirk'...Of course, I have been trying to live up to it ever since...
I managed to appear on my fathers 29th birthday, and as he is a twin birthdays are really fun in our house. Mum's birthday is all of four day's before ours...
I am apparently responsible for the family
ever since she arrived in her current demense, although she rarely deigns to speak to me, and prefers my mothers lap... A good thing as I now live about 75 miles away in Dundee, Angus.I went to Glasgae Uni for four whole years and ran away from it clutching a B.Sc. in Molecular Genetics and the e-mail adresses of a whole pile of people whom I see every now and then, but talk to regularly through various media......including the great and wondiferous H2G2.
Anyhow, that's more than enough from me I do believe. Why don't you go visit my freinds - you'll find them all at the bottom of this page, but here are a few of my bestest freinds.
