Rare 'rainbow cloud' dazzles skies across North West

The BBC, who go on and on about it. There's no news in the UK, is there?

Angel LiaDan insured that we, too, have a photo of this rare phenomenon, which is caused by ice in the stratosphere. The ice crystals give the clouds their nacreous, or 'mother-of-pearl' iridescence.
